Ordering Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
If you have a problem with your order or need to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-333-8300 or Sales@FaithAliveResources.org.
If you order a book that is out of stock you will be notified on your packing slip. We will ship the portion of your order that is in stock and bill you only for that shipment plus shipping and handling charges. When the out-of-stock item becomes available we will bill your credit card for the cost of the book plus shipping and handling charges. You may cancel your backorder any time prior to the book being shipped. If you have a question about the status of your backorder or would like to cancel your backorder contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-333-8300 or email to Sales@FaithAliveResources.org
International Visitors
All payments are accepted in US currency. Please see International Shipments for more information.
Returns
You may return materials to us without obtaining prior permission. We will only accept returns of clean, unused materials that are in saleable condition and unused, unopened curriculum within 30 days beyond the end of each quarter. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to products that are out of print.
Returned materials are credited according to invoice number; any return made without a copy of the packing slip or invoice will be credited at 90% of the invoice value. Note the reason for return on the packing slip/invoice and include your name and daytime phone number. If you want your return credited to the credit card you used for the original order please note that in the return. Pack your return in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning and ship by any traceable shipping method. We recommend UPS (in the US) or Canada Post (in Canada). Send your returns to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been processed in our warehouse you will be credited for the return. Please allow 2-3 weeks.
We are not responsible for returned materials that we do not receive.

You may use your MasterCard, VISA, or Discover Card (US only) if you choose to make a purchase on our secure website. Web users who prefer to pay by check or money order should mail their order to the address below.
Bill Your Credit Account
If your church or organization already has a credit account in good standing we would be happy to invoice the account for your order.
If your church, ministry, or organization would like to set up a credit account contact our office at 1-800-333-8300. Please note that we may require your first order to be placed on a credit card.
If your church, ministry, or organization is tax-exempt, open a credit account under the church's name and your order will be processed without sales tax.

Sales Tax
6% sales tax is charged on the total invoice value (including shipping and handling) for all orders shipped within Michigan (unless tax exempt).
5% for GST is charged on the total invoice value (including shipping and handling) for all orders shipped within Canada except orders shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.
13% for HST is charged on the total invoice value (including shipping and handling) for all orders shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.
Canadian Prices/Exchange Rate
Prices on our website are displayed in Canadian funds for visitors originating from Canada using Canadian internet service providers. Please note that our Canadian prices are adjusted monthly (if the exchange rate has changed by $0.05 or more in either direction from the rate in our system).
Shipping
Shipping Options
Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) in the US and Expedited Mail in Canada. Shipments to PO boxes (in the US), APO/FPO addresses, and US possessions are shipped via USPS.
Orders ship from either our Grand Rapids, Michigan, warehouse or our Burlington, Ontario, warehouse within one business day from receipt of your order. All orders will take 2-10 business days depending on where you live. Delivery time for backordered/preordered items will vary according to when the item becomes available.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require an additional 2 to 4 days for delivery.
Orders may also be picked up at either our Grand Rapids, Michigan, or Burlington, Ontario, office.

Expedited Shipping Options: For an additional charge expedited shipping options are available. At this time, we are unable to display all of these charges on-screen so please call or email our office if you require a price quote. You will be billed for the actual freight charges, based on the weight (including packaging) and destination of the order.
- In the US we can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air® Saturday Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, FedEx Priority Overnight® and Express Mail®.
- In Canada we can ship your order via Xpresspost, Priority Courier, and CANPAR 2-Day Select Service.
Please note that we must receive your order by 10:00am Eastern Time for same-day shipping.
International Shipments:
We ship international orders via Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, and Mailbag. At this time, we are unable to display all of these charges on-screen so please call or email our office if you require a price quote. You will be billed for the actual freight charges based on the weight (including packaging), destination, and carrier of the order.

Customs:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must assume additional charges for customs clearance, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
