This booklet of prepaid giving forms will enable CRC church members to donate vouchers in the same way as currency by putting vouchers in the collection plate for designated offerings. The booklets contain 16 contribution forms with a combined face value of $40—six $5 and ten $1 vouchers and come in packs of 100.
