Rates
Does the conference registration include meals or lodging?
With your conference registration you will receive a banquet-style dinner on Friday night, lunch on Saturday, and snacks throughout the day. Lodging is not included in the registration fee. Hotel recommendations can be found on the Lodging & Attractions page.
Schedule
What if I want to change my Grow session selections?
Depending on availability, you may change your Grow session selections up to two weeks in advance of the conference. If you’ve registered online, simply update your regonline profile to indicate the change. If you’ve mailed in your registration, please contact Lynn Setsma with the new Grow session requests at setsmal@crcna.org.
Registration
May I transfer my registration to someone else in my church?
Registration may be transferred to a different person by notifying Lynn Setsma at setsmal@crcna.org. The new attendee may or may not be able to select new grow sessions, depending on availability.
Is it too late for me to register?
For planning purposes we ask that you register for the Grow Conference by Friday, October 3. We will not be collecting money or taking registrations at the door. After October 3, please contact Lynn Setsma at setsmal@crcna.org to arrange registrations.
May I cancel my registration?
Mail-in and online registration may be canceled for a full refund up to two weeks before the conference. If cancelation is necessary, please contact Lynn Setsma at setsmal@crcna.org as far in advance as possible.
Miscellaneous
Are the facilities handicap accessible?
The facilities at both locations include ramps and/or elevators to accommodate wheelchairs. Please contact Lynn Setsma at setsmal@crcna.org so that we can accommodate your specific needs.
Will childcare be available?
Though we love children and families, we are unable to provide childcare on location at the Grow conference.
What about food allergies and special menus?
Please notify Lynn Setsma at setsmal@crcna.org to request vegetarian meals or a special menu if you have food allergies.
