Electronic and Digital Products
Electronic products (downloadables and eBooks) conserve resources, allow for regular content updates, and give you instant access—no waiting for materials to arrive! Electronic products are only available online and require pre-payment with a credit card. Because they give you instant access, they cannot be returned and refunds cannot be issued.

To order, follow these easy steps:
1. If you or your church/organization does not have a secure online account, please create one.
2. Add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process.
3. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to the downloadable file or eBook. (Please check your spam filter if the link does not show up in your inbox.) This link is valid for 30 days and 5 download attempts. Please retrieve your file(s) promptly and save to your device.
4. The link to download is available in your online customer account (under Order History) for 30 days. Click on the Order Details button to view the applicable order, then click on the Download button.

Copyright information: Electronic products are not transferable—forwarding them to another user outside your church or organization is a violation of copyright. eBooks may be used on all readers/devices that you yourself own. Sharing eBook files with another user is a violation of copyright.

eBook files are available in two formats: ePub for most readers (including the Apple iPad, Barnes & Noble NOOK, Sony Reader) and Kindle for the Amazon Kindle (and most PDAs using a Mobipocket Reader). If you have questions about how to read an eBook file on your particular reader or device, please consult the user manual or website for your particular reader or device. Most of our eBooks are also available for purchase from Amazon and iTunes for iBooks.

Digital editions of hymnals: For use in print, projection, and on e-readers, there are different versions containing the words and/or music from Lift Up Your Hearts and Psalms for All Seasons. These digital versions are provided on a flash drive. Digital editions of hymnals are not transferable, may not be distributed or reproduced in any manner whatsoever (outside of specified use) without written permission from the publisher, and are not returnable. Note: The purchase of a digital edition does not grant you permission to reprint or project all of the hymns and songs contained on it. Print on Demand (POD) titles
Print on Demand (POD) books are books that are printed just for you. A high-speed digital printing press produces books in any quantity, as few as one at a time. POD titles can be ordered, printed, and shipped in one or two weeks, not months. The content of a POD book is identical to that of the latest published edition, although there may be negligible differences in paper type and cover image quality.

Faith Alive Christian Resources offers POD books in order to make available titles that could not be kept in print using the traditional publishing model and/or would otherwise be difficult or impossible to find.

Print on Demand books can be ordered online or through the Faith Alive customer service department by phone (800-333-8300) or email.

Important information:

• No discounts are available on POD titles.
• Normal shipping and handling rates apply.
• Print on Demand books ship directly from the printer. Because printing and shipping are out of our control, expedited shipping times are not guaranteed and use of expedited shipping is discouraged.
• Pickup orders are not available.
• Print on Demand books are not returnable.

If the book you are searching for is not currently available, it may be possible to add an out-of-print title to the POD program with a minimum order of 10 books. Please inquire by phone (800-333-8300) or email.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order.

If you have a problem with your order or need to cancel an order, please contact the Customer Service department at 800-333-8300 or Orders@FaithAliveResources.org.

If you order a book that is out of stock or not yet available, you will be notified on your packing slip. Faith Alive will ship the portion of your order that is in stock and bill you only for that shipment plus shipping and handling charges. When the out-of-stock or preordered portion becomes available, Faith Alive will bill your credit card for the remaining cost of the order plus shipping and handling charges. You may cancel your backorder any time prior to the shipment of the backorder. Returns

Churches/Individuals
Faith Alive will only accept returns of clean, unused materials that are in saleable condition, and unused, unopened curriculum. You may return materials without obtaining prior permission. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to refund orders for downloadable products, eBooks, digital resources, out of print products, and opened DVDs and CDs. 

If your order was prepaid with a credit card, your card will be refunded. If your order was paid by check, a credit will be added to your account for future purchases. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your return, noting the reason for return along with your name and daytime phone number. Returned materials are credited according to invoice number; any return made without a copy of the packing slip or invoice will be credited at 90% of the invoice value. 

Pack your return in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning and ship by any traceable shipping method. Faith Alive is not responsible for returned materials that are not received; therefore, your tracking number and a receipt signature is your proof of delivery. Be sure to only include items purchased from Faith Alive or Libros Desafio; other items mistakenly included in your return cannot be shipped back.

Retail
You may return materials without obtaining prior permission. Faith Alive will only accept returns of clean, unused materials that are in saleable condition and are free of any pricing labels. Returns must be made within 18 months of the date of the original invoice.

Returned materials are credited according to invoice number; any return made without a copy of the packing slip or invoice will be credited at 90% of the invoice value. Note the reason for each item being returned on the packing slip/invoice and include your name, your store name, and your daytime phone number. Pack your return in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning and ship by any traceable shipping method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been processed in the warehouse, a credit to your account will be issued. Please allow 2-6 weeks for processing.

Faith Alive is not responsible for returned materials that are not received; therefore, your tracking number and a receipt signature is your proof of delivery. Please note that items included with your returns that are not from Faith Alive or Libros Desafio will not be returned to you.

When you purchase materials from our website, we may collect certain information from you, including but not limited to your first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information ("personal information"). All financial information is encrypted using a secure server before it is transmitted to us over the Internet. Faith Alive Christian Resources uses personal information in various ways, including processing and confirming online orders placed through our secure website. Faith Alive Christian Resources may share personal information we collect with third-party vendors in order to communicate with you and to process your order, but does not sell names and contact information to any third-party vendors.

Credit Cards
You may use your MasterCard, VISA, or Discover Card if you choose to make a purchase on the secure Faith Alive website. Web users who prefer to pay by check or money order should mail their order to the address below.

Bill Your Credit Account
If your church or organization already has a credit account in good standing, Faith Alive can invoice the account for your order.

If your church, ministry, or organization would like to set up a credit account, please call 800-333-8300. Please note that you may be required to place your first order on a credit card.

If your church, ministry, or organization is tax exempt, open a credit account under the church's name and your order will be processed without sales tax.

Sales Tax
6% sales tax is charged on the total invoice value (including shipping and handling) for all orders shipped within Michigan (unless tax exempt).

5% for GST is charged on the total invoice value (including shipping and handling) for all orders shipped within Canada except orders shipped to Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island.

Shipping Options and Charges
Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) in the US and via Expedited Mail in Canada. Shipments to PO boxes (in the US), APO/FPO addresses, and US possessions are shipped via USPS.

Orders ship from either the Grand Rapids, Michigan, warehouse or the Burlington, Ontario, warehouse within one business day from receipt of your order. All orders will take 2-10 business days depending on where you live. Delivery time for backordered items will vary according to when the item becomes available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require an additional 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Orders may also be picked up at either the Grand Rapids, Michigan, or Burlington, Ontario, office.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must assume additional charges for customs clearance, as Faith Alive has no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
