Description

The ten chapters that compose the book address issues that do not at all exhaust the question of biblical counseling but have been selected for their importance and prevalence.
In the first two chapters, the dreaded trilogy of stress, anxiety and depression - which all human beings, without exception, we know in greater or lesser depth - is treated in a simple way to continue with other issues such as mourning, Bitterness, anger, perfectionism, problematic personal relationships ... all of which are very important to meditate, expand and consult, if the reader sees it as necessary or convenient for his own life or for his ministry.
The authors combine very practical advice for the day-to-day that they have rooted, as they usually do, in the Word of God.
