Description
Burkina Faso is a majority-Muslim country, and Muslims and the minority Christian groups have historically lived together in tolerance. But, the last few years have been marked by rising levels of violence from Muslim extremist groups. This violence has caused many people to flee to nearby countries or to camps for displaced people.
To reach the displaced people, ReFrame began airing radio programs with a new station. Although the owner isn’t a Christian, he soon discovered that he had to air the programs more than he originally planned—there was an overwhelming number of requests for these programs.
